I had 3 fillings done and a crown. Half of one filling fell out, one was poorly transitioned from tooth to fill material, resulted in staining and a future cavity, 1200 crown broke in half, was replaced, the new crown is now cracked down the centre. I’ve had pain and cannot use the left side of my mouth since the day I walked out of their office. One filling I was charged for, they didn’t even put in. They ground it out..It’s a raw nerve exposed now. There is a much more detailed account of my experience on their Facebook page. This has cost me 2400 plus in expenses and pain and suffering. I now will have to have everything redone at a different dentist. This is a true account of my experience with Rosetown Dental. Absolutely disappointed beyond words. I do not recommend .
I have been seeing Dr. Maedel for a few years now and she is fantastic. Have had basic dental work done such as cavities, check ups and cleanings and also completed Invisalign treatment with her. My teeth were terribly chipped and crooked before and she fixed it all! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
Staff was very professional and courteous with all of my dental needs. Dr. Maedel was very gentle with my wisdom tooth extraction and made it a comfortable experience. I have been back for several appointments since for various dental needs and have been pleasantly satisfied with all operations.
Had an emergency repair and was very impressed with the speed and care provided. Quick service and meticulous attention to detail. Very pleased.
Dr. Maedel and her staff are great! I have went to her for many years and continue to go back but what really impressed me was the patience that her and her staff had with my kids who are 3. They were still “unsure” of the dentist so her team took the time to show both kids all the tools and how each one had a different job when cleaning their teeth. They both walked away loving the dentist and can not wait to go back! Dr. Maedel and her team go the extra mile to ensure everyone walks away happy. I would highly recommend Rosetown Dental!
