I had an appointment for 11 today for an oil change and some new headlights on my Jeep. I got there at 10:45 and they got me right in, awesome! Talked about the kind of headlights I wanted and the lady in service said they had to order them along with a recalled part, alright cool. Booked me for an appointment Saturday same time to install everything. Awesome! She then said the techs were just finishing up and “you’ll be on your way!” Awesome! This was at 12:15. While I was waiting I was looking at ordering running boards and new tires and rims too. Then 1:00 rolled around. And then 1:30. And then a guy came out and said I could come pay and get my car. A little frustrated I asked what took so long. The guys explanation? “The tech kind of... forgot about you.” For an hour and a half? Wow! Very disappointed. Not sure if it’s even worth going to get my headlights and recalled part.
