Have had the opportunity to have Impact Energy Services a number of times , most recent using both electrical and plumbing services. The job, seemingly complicated to a non trades person, was done professionally, meticulously and effort conveyed that they cared about the client and how the job was done. Very quick and responsive. I had issues with both my water heater and then later, my furnace. Super responsive and quick to get out, great prices, guys were able to get everything fixed and installed quickly. I don't ever leave google reviews, but these guys are awesome.

Our air conditioner broke down just before the birth of our son. They came by and tried to recharge it but this didn’t solve the problem. they communicated beforehand that this may be the outcome and the problem could be more than this. They worked with us to install a new air conditioner and didn’t charge us for the previous service call. The crew at Impact worked to install the air conditioner so it was in place for us when we returned home from the hospital with the new baby. Would highly recommend this reputable company.
