Wonder why there are negative reviews here. Honestly, I never felt bad neither the doctors nor the ladies from the front desk. I must appreciate the ladies at the front desk for the warm welcome which would make someone feel like another home away from home. The praxis is truly international. They speak English as well. Doctors take time, listen and action on the requirement. The team has been always there for our son when we were in distress. I dont find a reason to give a negative feedback for this wonderful team. At our first appointment, I came with my 8 month old baby and 3 year old son. The appointment was for my three year old but he was NOT cooperating with me or the nurses. At our previous Kinderarzt, the doctors were always helpful and understanding and found a way to help my son calm down. Once we saw Dr. Reiter, however, she was judgemental and had ZERO patience to help me while I needed to keep two small children happy. She quickly said the appointment needed to be rescheduled and was not empathetic at all. I nearly cried from the stress. At the second appointment, my husband took our son and arrived late. The nurses were not at all understanding and said that they would NOT give my son the Untersuchung that day or in the future. How can a Kinderarztpraxis not be understanding of parents and children? I find this to be outrageous behavior and completely unacceptable. Child doctors know it is normal to have children who are having a bad day or are scared of seeing a new doctor. Parents do their best to get through doctors appointments but there is only so much we can do to put our children at ease in a new situation. Dr. Reiter was not at all helpful and or even kind. I advise parents to avoid this praxis.

If you don't want to ruin your day, just stay out of this doctor. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I still gave one star because the reception ladies are much friendlier and understanding than doctor.
