Got shellac done yesterday. The quality of the products is decent but the technique of the application was very poor. My shellac has bumps and they did not put enough coats.
Very bad service ! Not even close to what I asked for and expensive for nothing ( 62 for a basic nail with color). Shape not even right ! On top of that, they are not gentle when filling the nail, it hurts when you get out of there, should'nt even be open !

Had a pedicure and acrylic nails done for the first time here. Beautiful salon but pricey. Pedicure was done nicely but my acrylic nails were strangely shaped. I went back and they redid them nicely free of charge. My daughter had also done acrylic nails with holographic polish. They immediately started to bubble and within a couple of days, the surface of the nails started to crack. I couldn't take her back until almost 2 weeks later because of her schedule in school. I don't think they believed us about her nails and implied it was due to something she did. They recommended she do a refill for a good price even though her nails were done barely 2 weeks earlier. The good price was a 5 discount from a 55 bill for a refill with shellac. Very disappointed.
