One franchise that is consistently awesome across the board is Wendy's! I love their food because it's always hot and delicious. Their burgers aren't ever frozen and it makes a huge difference. You can never go wrong popping into Wendy's no matter where you are!!!!

I usually wouldn't write a bad review, but this location is seriously infuriating. Tonight my order was a simple combo with a drink... I requested no ice. They eventually gave me my food, which was correct, but then I had to remind them to give me my drink after they closed the window on me and walked away. The girl picked up a cup of the correct size and I could see her about to get my drink, but then instead she picked up this tiny kid size beverage with ice in it, handed it over and shut the window. I just left it there and considered it a loss. Whatever. But then I realized they kept my card I used to pay. I had to go all the way back to get it. Hopefully they're not trying to run some kind of scam.

Wouldn't let us order the family meal deal at lunch time that is on the website with every other item you can order at drive thru without an issue. Lost a Rosemount customer and money that day. Never said you have to order in advance/online. It's a few fries and burgers. How hard is that? Get serious. Make the customer happy.
