Absolutely TERRIBLE. The most unorganized unprofessional staff that l have ever worked with. I grew up in the ice arena, played H.S hockey and went onto the U of M to win 2 National Titles. I've been in and around all kinds of skating schools, hockey camps, etc.. My son wanted to learn how to play (4 yrs old) with his buddy, whom also was a beginner. I requested that they be on the same team in the mini mite program because my son is behind in speech and can lack the confidence and will basically shut down, as well as I would be bringing his buddy to the arena. After the evaluation it was clear these two were truly BEGINNERS. I assumed they would be on the same team due to the fact that I requested and explained why they should be together. When I looked at time schedule and found out they were not, I called and spoke with an extremely rude staff member who when I asked the simple question simply said \we'll refund your money\ Feeling terrible because my son actually wanted to go back, I asked for the reason for not letting them play together, getting the impression that because they were beginners and not good enough at 4 yrs old..the stuff member said it was because of my tone... This stuff member even refunded his buddies without speaking to his parents.. Long story short I've been told not to try this program from multiple people and even 1 family member has his sons still going only because he feel like its cheap ice time and stated his kids learn nothing from the staff and it's really a joke.. but its ice time.. DO NOT recommend.
