The only reason why I’m giving this 2 stars instead of one star is because it’s convenient for where I live. Other than that, be very cautious renting here. After five months they will increase your rent and not inform you. I called to ask why they randomly do that and they said they just do it with everybody. I’m not a fan of them just raising the rent whenever they feel like it so I’m really considering moving my storage unit to gopher storage Where it is a set price and they won’t Gulag you for more money. Having friendly customer service is one thing, but they need more training so they can explain their entire process while you’re renting with them.

I have had several different storage lockers over quite a few years and Sue is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Any question or problem I’ve had she has been able to take care quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this facility.
