I use Protolab's services for work for almost every project I am apart of. I mainly use their 3d printing and cnc machining. I have also had them create an injection mold with a few hundred prototype parts. For all the services and orders I have been apart of, I can honestly say I have not had any issues or problems with the finished result. Along with their services, their customer support is also extremely helpful. Our company has a few account managers that are always willing to help us explore different design options or material options. I highly recommend this company's services if you are wanting a fast turn around time with a high grade of part quality.

I emailed this company during my time at Iowa State University (I believe it was during my 3rd year of my 5 year degree). I had been taking an industrial design course on materials and my professor had mentioned them during one of his lectures. He had suggested getting a hold of them and so I did. 2 years later, several months after I had graduated, I finally get a response from them. Disgusted with their customer service I sent them a reply in the email saying how bad the experience was. The reply to this email? A copy of the original email they replied with about a PointDrive presentation.
