Food is never cold or soggy. The occasional cold fry or forgotten item but overall very good and better than many others I have visited. Staff are never an issue and I have never had to report any food issues to them. Star is only removed due to missing items here and there.

Just got some happy meals and chicken nuggets upon opening the chicken nuggets in the happy meal found a half eaten peach or nectarine! Thank god the 3 year old didn’t touch it!!! Called the store no answer, called the unsatisfied line awaiting to hear back so far nothing.
The staff were scattered, the lady at the drive through had to ask me what my order was and still didn't give it correctly. When I waited they all looked at me as if I was randomly sitting there for no reason.
Terrible customer service and bad quality of food. I requested a different item at the window before even touching the food. The manager Lisa stated “no you get what we made for you.” Her approach was disrespectful and unproductive. Overall they just need to clear this place out and put new professional people there. I prefer to drive to the McDonalds in Apple Valley. Under different circumstances if my children wasn’t in the car, I would of told her words she would never forget.
By far the worst McDonald's experience ever. The person working drive thru was rude and thought he was funny and kept asking if my i wanted a combo after I had ordered the #4. Is it not already a combo? My sandwich was plain and a different time it was just the buns. No napkins are ever given or am I asked if I need any. Just the worst! And someone needs to check on how they operate with their minor employees that are students, i had to pull my son from working there. No regards to his availability because he was a high school student.
