I just went there yesterday and I am so happy with my experience in this store! The young woman who helped me, Christina, was very knowledgeable and professional. She also had great customer service skills which is so rare these days. I highly recommend this Sprint store!

Christina was a great help when l bought my new phone at the Roselle Sprint store. She was so patient with me. I know zero about this stuff and she walked me through everything. She even smiled at some of my silly questions. Christina is effecient, energetic, funny and emgaging (specially patient). She is a great asset to Sprint and deserves a raise. I had a very good experience.
First of all I just want to say I hate going to the spint store in Roselle to upgrade or change anything on my bill but thanks to the team leader named Keith and I think Cynthia those guys were alsome very patient and answered all my questions let me know what was reasonable and what I can do I was grateful for the attentiveness to my issues I’ve been with sprint for at least five years I plan to stay another five thanks.
