My name is Charrisse Jackson, I was at the public storage on Wednesday morning.I wasn't able to get in because I didn't have my keys, so LeAndra got me into my storage locker after the manager lied and said that he would come at a certain time and then changed it to a later time when I needed to be on the road back to Minnesota she got me into my locker safely I got my things out and I was on the road at least by 2 if her manager had kept his word which he didn't I should have been back on the road by 11 or 12. she is absolutely great.
