Electro flex Co’s CEO (the main boss) needs to get off his high horse. Poor employees receiving only ham/ gas card on December and in summer time it gets dangerously hot Ramon does not give out Gatorade while the big boss riding all these fancy cars. Stay humble y’all started off in a chicken coop tf.

This place is terrible. It’s by far the worst job I have ever worked at. It doesn’t matter how much you do for them, it is never enough. They will not recognize any hard work that you put it. They will add more to your work load and not pay you a CENT more. They rigged my numbers so it could look like other employees were making more product than I was so when i asked for a raise they could say “when your numbers go up we will give you a raise”. I would not recommend.
