Worst customer service ever and I would advise not to buy from them because: 1. Items arrive damaged. 2. You never speak with the same person when you call them, and at the same time they don't communicate with each other. So you repeat the same thing over and over without getting a straight answer. 3. They also don't communicate with their courier, meaning you end with different messages from couriers and from the company. 4. They say they will replace your damaged item and that they will put one of the few left, on hold. So you don't need to wait... however, you end up waiting a month, because they forgot to hold the last one they had in stock. 5. At the end you have to chase everyone because no one knows anything about the item you bought and paid for, and you have no item and no money. Avoid them at all cost. We tried our best to communicate with them and gave them ample chance to offer us some compensation, but they really are a useless company.

Don't bother. First order arrived damaged, replacement was a completely different size to the original (and their website). Customer Service is slow and unhelpful. Originally ordered in September and still not resolved. Avoid.

Ordered both a large dresser and a tv cabinet in Farrow grey. Really pleased with both items and excellent quality. Packaged perfectly/no damage etc. Small issue in that one door handle was missing, but it's being posted out to me. On the whole, really happy and would recommend.

This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from rose land and I love it. Really is great quality furniture for such a good price. I also needed to exchange my last item I ordered and it was absolutely hassle free. Very prompt in responding to my emails and arranging pick up of my furniture and delivery of new item.

still waiting three weeks for you to refund me and pick up damaged furniture DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGIAN
