I love this shop! The service is always friendly, fast and efficient!!! I appreciate the staff members working here as they always do a great job. Food is fresh and made well always!

The staff here are ok however they usually never have things left at the end of the evening. If you ask them to add more stuff like olives they just say boss asked us not to as we are allowed to put only 6 in a footlong. The food doesn't even taste that great. They never want to listen to customers request. They just say this how it's done to save time. Even when when store has no one.
I ordered a gluten free wrap from Rosehill Subway and was absolutely appalled at the delivery of the wrap. The wrap had broken to pieces, was dry and I couldn’t even eat it without everything falling apart. I am a frequent customer of subway, but will not be ordering one from Rosehill again. Disappointed to say the least.
Unprofessional staff, don't know what they are doing. Falafel looked not fresh at all. They put the limit of putting only 3 sauces quoting its recommended by Subway, when I told the staff I don't need recommendations and put more sauce, she straight away rejected. Lost a customer for sure.
Mouldy wrap, don’t know why they are still open... when asked the owner/manager replied, it’s not mould it’s the dirt from bench!!! It’s probably the third owner in as many months. No wonder Subway is closing down stores, inexperienced owners, workers & even poor food management. Never entering this premises again.
You might as well buy bread and vegs from Woolworths and make your own subways.
No manner staff have at all....very bad services....
Just hopeless, the staff couldnt care less if they have a job or not. I ask for a tiny handful of olives and she grabs a handful and drops it on. The wrap fell apart when i opened it, she didnt even know she had to heatup the steak! Very "i couldnt care less" attitude, its very annoying people are employed with this attitude as they could be replaced with someone who wants a job!
