My daughter started here since this January. she is a very shy girl and has quite bad sepetation anxiety in her previous day care. She settles within three weeks here, has created trusted relationship with educators and other kids. It is very impressive for us to see she is enjoying in childcare everyday. The educators are very professional and showing lots of love to kids. Kids are also able to learn a lot of things here, especially good manner and positive behaviors. It is super important and save parents' lives. To choose a good trusted childcare is hard and this one is highly recommended : )

Need to thank my wife for finding this day care centre online. Our daughter has been going here for over a year now and we couldn't be any happier. Very involved and dedicated management and educators in terms of care, activities, educational programs etc. Last year being COVID impacted was a very challenging year, but the educators were as dedicated as ever. Keep up the good work team.
Great childcare, friendly easy-going crews and the place is always tidy and clean. My daughter has been there for almost 2yrs and really like the place. She was shy and less-talking before. As parents, we were worried at the beginning, but educators encouraged and helped her everyday. I can see the progressive changes on my girl. Wish everyone safe from the covid and enjoy every moment of life.

I have been very happy with their service from Day 1. My daughter was very shy and wouldn't participate in any social activities. She would cry a lot when we had visitors and was not comfortable around people. I have noticed a big change in her behaviour after going to explore and develop. She is sharing her toys now and plays with other kids and is no longer upset when we have visitors. A big thanks to the Bilby educators. You deserve 10 stars from me . Keep up the good work
This daycare is the BEST! My 4 year old has just finished there and starting school. She will be the youngest in her year but I have no concerns due to the amazing early learning program they have here. Its a caring environment and all the staff make efforts to do new activities and re-create different areas in the rooms to keep the children interested. They have been fabulous and so pleased to have enrolled my youngest at 6 months of age to start there too. Irene, the owner of the centre, is just wonderful and so helpful! As are all the staff there. Been a very happy parent for the last 3 and a half years and looking forward to another 4 years with the youngest! Enrol your kids here, you wont regret it!
We have just enrolled our baby who is six months old into this wonderful childcare centre. Even though it was further away from our initial decision, but now know this was the right choice. The staff are more than helpful, at our orientation they showed me how to use their curriculum app where I can see my baby every day. What makes me write this post is that I can't believe there is a place where they care for my child as much as we do at home. They provide nappies, food and listen to what we have to say, even though this is our first baby and we are new parents. We could not be happier! The room is beautiful and is set up just for our little ones, this is a oasis for little people. If I could give Irene more than five stars we would. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Explore & Develop Parramatta.
I wanted to write this review because I feel everyone needs to know about this place. I joined Explore and Develop Parramatta after leaving another local childcare centre which had all the bells and whistle they could possibly have. Once I joined them, they were the complete opposite, so I looked elsewhere and found this amazing oasis opposite Rosehill gardens. The team of staff are just amazing and so dedicated from the moment I walked through the doors. Truly I am not just saying it! I see all the educators working together and welcoming every child, even the Centre owner Irene, she always welcomes the children as if they were her own. She is just a beautiful and genuine lady.
