Kris Maharaj was my real estate agent and he was the best guy I dealt with! Most agents I dealt with are usually lazy and non-responsive, but Kris communicated very clear and precise, and he always got out of his way to answer my questions- day or night! He is also a very nice guy! I don't know the other agents at Evolve Realty, but Kris is the man to do it!
The agent named Abhi served me. This agent wasted about 6 days and countless hours worth of effort of mine. For no absolute reason, I supplied all the paperwork and then he replied "application rejected"... Im moving in the same building next week through a different real estate company and to say the least, the service difference is huge. Terrible experience evolve reality so disappointing.
