I would rate if there is an option! My parcel they said fail attempt when they didn’t even try and when there is people at home! So I called to complain and after a while I got email saying it’s been delivered! Again another lied! No delivery was made and I wonder where the parcel is gone! Call the customer service to complain and the lady said 1 business day to investigate and I hope they better find my parcel! No paper nothing is being left in my letter box. Never came across such scamming courier. I don’t know why the store like Target is using them to deliver our items. This kind of courier service shouldn’t even exist with this fraud drivers.

Shipments simply sit there going nowhere despite me leaving and "Authority to leave" TWICE. The vendor used the excuse that its a busy period. Funny; i ordered quite a few items elsewhere and other - more actual courier companies - somehow manage to deliver. CouriersPlease is a hopeless lot, Australia Post standard service is 100x better. Oh yeah; have a look at their tracking system; it simply lists internal system messages without any iota of meaningful information (See image) **UPDATE** I now have three shipments from different vendors that all come through Couriers Please. All are delayed. At least Amazon offers a refund due to late delivery. Oh yeah... its now Dec 23, and Couriers Please insist on me taking delivery of the parcels personally, despite having given authority to leave the parcels. This means I have to stay home and the last days leading up to Christmas. My kids love me. NOT!
Just another one start review wishing there was a zero star option. Tracking information is nonsensical, updates are late AND inaccurate. Still waiting for my package, and still just dreaming of having some reliable information. Definitely quicker and easier to just travel and collect your parcel from the seller personally.
The delivery man lightly pressed the intercom once and swiftly walk away. I ran immediately to the balcony and call down to him to come back with my parcel. This is the worst courier service I have ever experienced.. I would not recommend them to anyone. The company needs to hire people with good manners and better customer service and not hiring people from the mountain with no personality.. Bastos!!!
Purchased 2 packages from Kmart. First package arrived with 4 broken dinner plates inside, the box showing obvious signs of being squashed and damage from delivery despite being cover in fragile tape. The second package never arrived though tracking says it has been delivered. Have scoured their website for a phone number to chase it up but nope nothing there. Have had zero replies to online for submissions other than to say here is your ticket number. I thought I would use deliver to at least give someone a job through these trying times but after this experience I will only use click and collect now. Edit: It appears Couriers Please do not cover the Illawarra area but use a partner service through First Choice Couriers. Perhaps it would be better if Couriers Please changed the way their tracking is worded to show delivered to partner service to reduce the frustration of their customers.
Delivery man doesn't knock on your door or ring the doorbell in the Strathfield area in the morning. Literally saw the van park on our street and drive off! Called the head office to let them know and 'apparently called the driver to come back' but still have to go pick up the parcel. What's the point in paying for delivery?
I would give zero stars if possible. Three "failed attempted deliveries". Invisible staff who cannot be located on two different CCTV cameras. The same invisible staff must be missing hands to either call on my supplied mobile, use the intercom or even leave three failed delivery cards. The customer service representatives are almost as useless as these people who fail at the most basic aspect of their existence. Failures as people and a failure of a delivery company. AVOID LIKE COVID-19!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM "COURIER COMPANY"
3 days wait for a small satchel from Lane Cove to Wollongong. I tracked the parcel, confirmation of pick up was on the 20th, still showed as in transit on the 23rd. I could have walked there, quicker. I will be asking my supplier to used another company next time. No matter how bad your service is, it's my business that suffers & is to blame at the end from my clients.
