Typical Tim hortons... All efforts by staff are on the drive through. Food was cold when it was served. Staff were polite and the order was correct, but I got the feeling they didn't want to be there.
The drive thru is a disaster. It is faster to drive to nearest McDonald (9 km) and buy food than using the drive thru. I have faced this situation several times.
I appreciate a fast drive thru, but seriously. All Tim's locations that I've been to rush customers through like cattle. Breathe, and answer a question the customer may have!
Unfortunately they seem to give priority to drive-through and by doing so the people who walk in get the slowest service. A kind apology from the person at the till to the lady behind us (when she was next up) did not help much - she still had to wait about 2 minutes at the front of the line! Still they deserve 3 stars because our experience was not bad beside being in-efficient.
Slow. Always seem to out of soup. Staff is not very polite. A simple thank you might be nice.
Ordered a turkey bacon club and there is no bacon on the sandwich. Don’t mess with the bacon! I also waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru.
