One of the best things has always been the fries! Crinkle cut fries, hot, and crispy! How can you beat that! Their brisket sandwich is amazing and you have to try their spicy sauce! If you are looking for a trendy overpriced spot, this is not the place, this place is about good food and friendly faces!

Got the three meat platter to split with my boyfriend and there was plenty of food for both of us plus leftovers. They did get our order wrong but corrected it. The fries were good and crispy. The Mac and cheese was like KFCs. Meh. The ham was decent, but the brisket and the burnt ends were super chewy and dry. The flavor wasn't bad. Just tough. Their barbecue sauce is really sweet and vinegary so not my style but overall it's a cute little place. With all the amazing barbecue in Kansas City we definitely won't be returning.
This was our first time at Rosedale's. We went to buy a couple of bottles of sauce to fulfill an obligation to a friend from Tampa after losing our Super Bowl bet (What happened to our offensive line? Mahomes running 496 yards in the wrong direction, really?) We did not get a chance to try their meat but did grab a couple of containers of macaroni salad which tasted great. The cashier was extremely helpful, answering our questions and making us feel at home. We will definately come back. Oh...and an FYI.....their unsweetened iced tea was one of the best I have ever had
Very sub par for KC BBQ, it’s edible but nothing special, go to one of the real KC BBQ Joints. Pulled pork was dry and the “burnt ends” were without a doubt chuck roast cubes. French fries were the best part. Overall disappointment. Idk what people like about the place. I won’t be back.
This is my favorite BBQ. I have been going here since they were in the old building. I was a kid then. Obviously there have been ups and downs. Last time I was there it was excellent. Check it out its GREAT KC BBQ!!
