Sue and John are wonderful hosts; the basement area where the bedrooms are is clean and bright, and thematically decorated to the current play ay Rosebud Theater. There is a large comfortable sitting room where one can visit with other boarders and with the hosts. The Opera House is two minute walk - both ways! We came back to our room ("The Serenity Garden"), and enjoyed a wonderful sleep in a very comfortable bed. The washroom is shared. Fresh roasted coffee served in the morning; breakfast served in two courses, the food booth excellent and filling. The hosts were were just the right amount of friendly - happy to converse, yet not at all intrusive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
