I went for a trim a couple days ago, just to tidy up my hair after lock down and even after telling the hairdresser that I'm "that person" who doesn't like too much cut off, she hacked off my waist long hair to shoulder length. At the start she showed me that I needed about 5cm off so I agreed. When I got home I looked in the mirror and realised that she'd actually given me more than just a trim, she took approximately 15cm off my hair and had done it sneakily, by trimming and then re-trimming and then didn't use the mirror to show me the end product. I'm really angry and hurt at what she's done and when I went back to discuss the problem I was simply told "I'll talk to her". I won't be back.

It's a great hairdresser and I always get the exact haircut I want. Very friendly staff and I've never had to wait long
If you advertise 5pm close, then close at 5pm ... Raced down after work and at 425pm the staff were closing the door. You'd think during these economically troubling times, you'd be trying to get every dollar you can, into the register, not telling customers you've had enough. Change your close time so I don't waste my time driving to the plaza. Won't be back
The lady in there is very rude ... Said she found lice eggs in my 13yo hair fair enough, but the way she did it was cruel.. she told her she was disgusting and need to sanitise then went round telling all the other women how disgusting she is. My daughter ran out of there and it took me 1hour to find her curled up crying in the carpark This is a hideous human being that does not deserve anyone's money!
Closed well before advertised closing time, had to go elsewhere
Told that she couldn’t cut my hair even though I washed it the night before. Very hesitant when I didn’t have my money on me and said that my mum would be in shortly. Very rude staff and lady in 60s is very rude. Avoid
The lady (I’m being generous here ) had no idea how to give someone a fade. She didn’t know how to blend my hair in. Was more interested in buying toilet paper from Coles than cutting my hair. Her manager who was 60 has no idea how to run a business and watched her stop cutting my hair to text and take a mobile phone call to talk to her family while I waited for her to finish my hair cut. I would avoid at all costs if you value a good haircut and a clean Saloon with workers that are professional. Worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. Would not go back if THEY paid me.
Today's haircut was successful in my opinion. I knew what I want where and the lady that did the cut was fast and efficient. If Gail thinks it's too short I will change the instruction next time I go in. The price was modest too. Thank you Express Cuts
