I am really disappointed with this shopping website! I have ordered two dresses for total price of 142 and the quality is very poor and doesn't worth the price at all. Not only that, I've received one of the dresses (cost of 65) with damaged sleeves which one of them doesn't have a lastic and can't even wear it like that, please see the photo attached. They provide credit store for returns and they don't even offer a refund so I have to cover the shipping fee which cost me more money and have to buy something else instead!!! No flexibility at all. DISAPPOINTED experience!
I am impressed with Hello Molly, they have great customer service, prices are reasonable and the quality of the garments is outstanding. I will say that this is one of the best on line shopping I've done. I would highly recommend Hello Molly.
Hello Molly is always my first go to for any occasion I have! I am pretty sure that half or more of my wardrobe are dresses and playsuits from this website and I have been buying from them for the past 6-7 years! The quality is amazing, you can always count on the fast shipping and I never had to return anything as their sizing is accurate! Highly recommended!
I recently bought a dress from Hello Molly! The dress came super quick which I was happy with and the dress does like cute on but the quality of the dress is pretty shocking. I paid 69 for this dress and there is loose thread in all different places around the dress and it’s completely see through. I’m not returning the dress as it will cost me more as customers have to cover return shipping cost.
The quality is so gorgeous and totally worth the price! Shipping is quick too. Love this store. If you're thinking about trying it please do. I have yet to find an item I don't think is high quality and flattering.
I ordered two dresses but both of them looked different to the website ( poorer quality, colours weren't a good match to the model photos). It's a shame that they only offer store credit as I'm reluctant to buy anything from them again. The only positive was the fast shipping.
I was happy with my purchase, but disappointed that I didn't check the return policy. I bought 2 dresses for a wedding totaling about 168 USD with the intention of only keeping one. I ended up wearing a dress from another clothing company so I sent back the 2 dresses (9 shipping label each) and got store credit. The clothes are really cute, but this was my first time shopping here so I didn't know how to expect sizing would be. I have an extremely large chest and none of the clothes on the website would be able to fit over my chest so I now just have a giftcard for things I can't fit into.
