Would you like to spend over 10,000 on a business phone system and then discover that if you weren't prepared to pay just under 1000 per year for a maintenance contract then Evotec would only guarantee a possible 5 day maximum wait for a maintenance call out or remote attention? And this is our second full system with them over at least 10 years. Now there's a company who you cannot count on to value your business!! There's a company without any true empathy towards you as a client. I don't need to tell you that we'll be searching out phone maintenance suppliers who at least see us as something other than payola and our next phone system will not be Evotec.
We been using Evotec for many years now after having them highly recommended to us. Great prices and the the after service if excellent. They did not try and talk us into anything that we did not need.
