Horrendous Service and Poor Quality Products. I'm left writing this review after spending close to 3000 with Brosa and waiting 25 weeks for order fulfilment. The Greta Bar Cabinet we received is really poorly made with faulty doors that are installed unevenly so it doesn't close properly. Not to mention there is a large chip in the wood on the corner of the door. I emailed support @ Brosa with this issue along with photos on the 16th of March. That's 3 weeks ago, when your auto reply says someone will be contact within 48hrs. I get you guys are busy with Covid19 etc, I would have been happy with a response within a week. Instead I stupidly called and left messages multiple times afterwards expecting that someone would eventually reply. I feel completely disappointed with your products and service especially after waiting for almost 6 months receive our complete order. Edited to add photos.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, were available to offer assistance when needed. The quality of the furniture is amazing and fairly priced as well. We love our side tables and can’t wait to upgrade our lounge to one from Brosa!

*Update* Received my chairs and two of the have the wrong coloured legs, contacted Brosa a week ago with no response. First purchase from this company and really disappointed with the experience so far. Let down by lack of communication. I ordered some beautiful chairs last July and have yet to receive them 8 months later, last update being 2 months earlier after I followed up. I understand with COVID delivery of items can be delayed, but at least communicate proactively with your customers about it rather than expect them to constantly follow up. Don't keep quietly pushing out the delivery date. Will adjust this review if customer service is fixed.

First time ordering from Brosa and also last! Ordered a Greta Entertainment Unit as well as a Greta Bar Cabinet back in July. Due to delays I didn't receive it until January 2021. Totally understanding the circumstances of COVID19. Disappointment is an understatement of the quality of the furniture that I had received. For not cheap furniture, I felt like I was given second hand furniture with a rush job. The Greta Bar Cabinet had cracks and chips both on the inside and outside of the cabinet. The painting was uneven and bubbly with odd bumps, as though they painted over sand dust. The doors aren't aligned therefore doesn't shut properly. The gold brass handles that are attached separately have white spray paint on them making the handles look dull and cheap. So when I opened the Greta Entertainment unit, I dint think it could get any worse. Again there were chips on the inside and outside. Cabinet has uneven cuts and doesn't align. The assembly is poor and fragile. I have included photos to show the quality that came straight from packaging. I have never ever felt so angry and disappointed in a product in my life.

Great service at the store from Kelly. I walked in without an appointment however Kelly took the time to understand my needs and sat with me to help me identify pieces that would work with my space. I showed her a video of my apartment on my phone and she was able to take into consideration the floor colour, the feature wall as well as the existing furniture while making recommendations on what might work. I felt very comfortable with the no sales push experience and appreciate Kelly's expert guidance with interior design, in helping me pick the pieces for my needs.

The Sydney store is in a great location with parking. The store is set up beautifully and whilst they do not have every item on display, the staff are extremely helpful. Khulan went out of her way to show me wood samples and used a measuring tape so I could picture the item in real life. She was so lovely and showed great customer service. Highly recommend!
