I have been a customer for years and always been very happy with the service. Since my last visit the shop has been totally renovated and looks incredible. The lady optician who examined my eyes was friendly and very thorough and explained everything that was happening. Rob sorted me out some amazing Tom Ford specs and his knowledge of lenses really showed. I was made to feel welcome and special my entire visit by a team of people who obviously care about their customers. Bravo, Rose Opticians, Bravo!

What a lovely bright, modern opticians. The eye test room was the most comfortable and cleanest I've ever been in and the attention I was given was second to none. Rose has certainly raised the bar in Westcliff !
