Wow, found it by accident when looking for paving. Exceeding clean and fresh looking. Very pleasent feeling just sitting there eating the best eggs on toast I've had in a long time my partner had a rather tasty baked spud. Price, a suprise, I actually thought is was very reasonable and I'm a grumpy old man!
