Went for my birthday, last minute table booked as we've been staying home due to virus. All was well. Big signs on way in to say \if any symptoms don't come in etc\. Hand sanitizer everywhere very good. Only 4 couples in big room very good. But after ordering the couple across room clearly had 'symptoms', he was blowing his nose lots and mopping his brow (sweating) sniffing badly and 'coughing'. We asked to pay for drinks so as to leave as I'm high risk. The staff gave us food to take out for half price and photographed said couple.. all nice enough BUT we have not been contacted since to let us know what happened with the situation and did they ask couple to get tested and leave!. I feel a temperature test on arrival would have prevented such a situation. Been worried since. Not a good birthday...

Excellent food. Truly brilliant service. Social distancing and Covid secure measures have been taken seriously and professionally. But, most importantly, the food was exceptional. So, so good.
Fabulous lunch today at Rose and Crown, have just finished my leftovers for dinner. Social distancing adhered to, great menu and the staff couldn't do enough. Will definitely be returning, I've heard the Sunday lunches are excellent.
It was nice pizza and but had to wait for 50 mins but it was nice
