Had my septic back up unexpectedly at my home, which created a real problem, especially on a Friday! I called Sergeant's and spoke to Nancy, she could have been any nicer, and accommodating! They sent out one of their trucks withing 2 hours, and Jack (their driver) took care of everything within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and gave me some insight as to how to avoid this problem in the future. I can not say enough good things about this company, I will recommend them to everyone!
