This agency stopped serving my sons without any notice whatsoever; just came in, took all the patient records without our knowledge, and we only knew that the agency quit when the nurses did not show for their shifts. This left us suddenly in a lurch with no coverage. I don't even have any copies of the nursing records for the last 10 days they were here because they took all of the records. Not a word from them. Not a note, not a letter, not an email, not a phone call. Just gone. Less than half of the shifts were filled for the past several months. I cannot recommend this company.

Poor employer, doesn't pay on time or illegally with holds pay, so if they are doing that then what does it say about patient care. If a company willfully and wrongly treats the employees like that then how does the patient get treated by the employees getting ripped off by the company. I would not entrust my loved one to a company that does that.
