If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 30 minutes for my order of 2 thighs, red beans and rice with cornbread, and a piece of sweet potato pie. I find out they forgot to put it in. When I asked the lady handling the food she told me I need to learn to wait my turn... Hello? You gave 6 people their food already who ordered after me, and I am still waiting for my simple order. When I got my food my everything except the cornbread was cold. My pie also looked like someone dropped it on the floor before giving it to me. Very disappointed. Poor service and food of quality. They need to step up their efforts if they want customers to be happy.

The chicken sausage patties were good. The waffles were not as good as I have had from many other places. The mix tasted as if it had apple flavor. The eggs were alright but not my ideal of scrambled eggs. The smothered potatoes looked mashed but when you bite into it you can tell it’s potatoes. The gravy was bland. The omelette was good, too. The staff lady that helped us was very nice. I would definitely suggest to try the chicken sausage, or egg omelet.
Friendly service and the food was flavorful. Just a bit overpriced. I would recommend it for your first time here.
The dining experience at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles - Hollywood is one of the best experiences I've had in a long time!! Not only was the food incredible, but the service was spectacular.Tried the chicken sandwich, the half bird, the fries, and their cookies. The chicken sandwich was so, so, so good. The combo of the slaw, pickles, sauce, and chicken is all perfection. The half bird is great if you don't want to get the sandwich. And the shake fries are the perfect compliment to it all.
8 December 2020. I had not been in Roscoe Chicken & Waffles in Hollywood since the late 80's decade. I often saw a lot of Affluent African Americans and Caucasian Americans going in there. Ervin Magic Johnson, M. Ali, Quincy and many others. Chicken was tasty and cooked just right. Red Beans & Rice was in black street slang, off the chain, banging. I only wish they had okra. I cannot complain at all. Too bad that due to the world wide Corona Virus, I could not sit inside and eat.
