The food was hot but we had to wait extra time beyond the 5 minutes we already waited for our chicken sandwich because the guy gave our order to the guy that ordered after us. How do you screw up 1 sandwich with 2 meals? Tried to cover it up and didn't apologize or offer to fix the situation!

Wendy's pretty consistent in the food. Seem to be much better on getting orders correct. For a long time they would always put cheese on my burger when I clearly asked for no cheese. And always love the chili.
Y'all need a manager. Food is pretty inconsistent but I guess that's fast food anywhere. The main thing is this store has to be losing money. I ordered a Frosty and a small chicken nugget which totaled 3.04. I paid with 20.04. I received 21 back in change. The dude at the window closed it and walked away. I had a line of cars behind me behind me so I just left since I couldn't get his attention. So I guess thanks for the lunch?
Absolute worst Wendy's I've been to in a minute. Would strongly suggest avoiding until some serious staffing changes are made. Another location is a couple exits down.
My spicy chicken sandwich was cold, hard and maybe a quarter inch thick and burger was cold too. Definitely not worth 8
This Wendy fixes your food exactly how it's shown on pic. The food was fresh and hot. Very customer friendly.
