Good luck trying to reach someone over the phone in the pharmacy. Sat on hold forever before I finally gave up and went to CVS instead. They answered right away.

Worst pharmacy ever. Multiple errors on multiple refills for critical medication. Not once did the pharmacist or staff apologize for THEIR errors. I went several days without medication or any notifications from the store. Furthermore, I was told a lie regarding shipment of meds and caught them doing it. Save yourself the headache and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.
Slow slow slow Pharmacy. They are more concerned with the drive up, so use that if you are in a hurry, but be prepared because that is even slow.

This Walgreens shows contempt toward customers. I got in line at the drive through pickup lane with 3 cars in front of me and 15 minutes to spare. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes a customer, right?. Well the first car seemed to take forever. But the next two were quicker. My clock showed one minute until closing time as I finally pulled up to the window, only to have the “Closed” sign tossed in my face. It wasn’t like there was a string of cars behind me or anything. They were just heartless. You can’t spend an extra 2 minutes to help one last customer? I could see through the window that they were still serving somebody at the counter. So I rushed inside hoping to pick up my prescriptions before leaving town for the week. Fortunately (at least I thought) I parked the car and got inside to the counter while it was still open. But once again, you demonstrated how you really feel about your customers by lowering the door as I stood there trying to explain how long I had been waiting in line. Way to show how very little you care Walgreens!
Very disappointed with the pharmacy. They seem unable to help me resolve an issue with picking up prescriptions as I have done the past 3 years. Something changed on their end but they will not help correct it.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have had six prescriptions filled there in the last month, and every single time they were delayed (sometimes for over 6 hours when I desperately needed the medication immediately) due to an insurance issue. The issue being that they failed to update my insurance information every single time. I have also called them three times in the last month to tell them to remove certain medications from my account because I no longer need them, and every single time they said they would, yet I continue to get constant calls and emails telling me I need to refill them. The total lack of competence at this pharmacy is astounding.
Very disappointed in the pharmacy service. Have waited for over 45 minutes in line on several occasions. They only have one lane open. The pharmacy staff are not friendly and the response time is terrible. I will be changing pharmacy's
