Went in at 11 AM on Sunday to upgrade wife's phone. Greatest service and cell phone store experience ever. In and out in under 1 hour. Everything transferred to her new phone from old phone, screen protector installed on new phone. Upgraded SIM card in my phone at the same time.

My wife and I came in to T Mobile to switch from Verizon. They were very helpful and explained everything. We got unlimited talk, text, and data for less plus a third line and Netflix for free. Much better experience in store than Verizon. Very happy with this store location.
