I am a tea drinker BUT bought some Snowdrift Coffee for my husband. He loves it and encouraged me to smell it. It smelled wonderful so I got brave and tasted it. WOW. It was the first time I tasted coffee and enjoyed it. Subscribing for him (and so I can sneak a sip once in a while).

Ant and Rita were wonderful to work with. They were very patient and responsive to my emails and questions. I had ordered a 12 oz bag of Mexico Mayan and a 12oz bag of Penny Candy. They were kind enough to also include a 4 oz bag of the Ethiopian coffee for me to try. I received them very quickly and oh my goodness, WOW!!!! I never knew that "plain" black coffee could actually be sweet. Oddly, the Penny Candy to me had the least sweetness to me. I love the fact that Ant and Rita include such detailed information about the producers of their single origin coffees. That personal knowledge and information feels really good to me. If you have a chance to try this coffee, it's definitely worth it! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I was able to purchase a bag of Penny Candy yesterday at Bushel and Peck's. Its absolutely delicious! It has body, but it's not super heavy. Perfect acidity level. It has a light sweetness to it as well. I can't wait to purchase more varieties! I'm so happy to see a local coffee roaster in the area.

Snowdrift Coffee & Workspace is been Maquina Coffee's toll roaster. We were in a tight spot as a business and needed to dissolve our operating roasting space and Snowdrift stepped up to take over the roasting and production tasks in order to keep the business moving forward and the customers happy. Snowdrift was able to execute on the matching of profiles that Maquina had set for the coffee menu. They took care of roasting and fulfillment and for a while were also taking care of customer questions and communications. Maquina is still in business and in a place to now expand in part due to Snowdrift's willingness to work with us and meet our business needs. Highly recommend Snowdrift if you want to roast and ship coffee without owning a machine or production space.
