Called John on Monday and he showed up on Tuesday as agreed. John and his partner we're here for about 3 hours. Great quality work and fair reasonable price. I will call John for all my plumbing needs.
John installed a water softener for us and we couldn't be happier. He was in and out and we have no more hard water stains. Will definitely call him back when we need any plumbing. Thanks again John.
John is an experienced plumber. If it has a pipe attached to it he can fix it! Highly recommended for all your plumbing repairs.
The only good things that came out of him fixing our clogged kitchen sink are 1. He came quickly (same day) and 2. The clog is fixed. Other than that, the experience with him was terrible. He's rude, condescending, and grumpy. He made a giant mess and laughed about it. Yeah, he fixed the issue, but did he have to be so unpleasant & disrespectful? I don't think so. Sorry our clog irritated you so badly, next time we wont PAY you to help us. And we wont recommend you to anyone. Time to retire, old man. Response to owner: yes, I'm sure it was you. You met with my boyfriend, not me. I came home to him being completely beside himself after his encounter with you.
John Rykowski has been my plumber for over 10 years now. In this time, he has replaced a toilet, cleaned out my bathtub and kitchen sink pipes, installed a garbage disposal and new faucet in my kitchen, and most recently installed a new water heater. I have always been satisfied with his work, and I feel prices are fair. He is the guy to get the job done, and I am a customer for life!
