I love the convenience of my local CVS store. I would have given them 5 stars except for what happened today. I looked online to find out the store had Probar Bolt Organic Energy Chews in stock so I drove over to pick up some packages. However, I could not find the product and two members of the staff let me know they did not have the product. They let me know this was common (not just with me) and they were not able to look up the product by its name in their system (amazing). There was zero interest by the staff in taking action to update the CVS website or reporting the problem. Room for improvement.

The Pharmacists at Roscoe CVS are usually very helpful. We all know dealing with Drs and insurance companies can be a real challenge, but they try their best to make sure the pricing is right and matched to your coverage. Plus you can always pick up other convenience items while you wait. Now that's something you don't see parked outside the pharmacy everyday, a dog in a side car!
This is for the pharmacy. THANK YOU! I recently am without insurance but these guys somehow got my meds paid for 100%!! I'm assuming through my old insurance.. maybe.. Im still covered through October and didn't realize it but still.. I didn't realize it and they double checked!! THANK YOU.
The staff is always friendly and polite. I don't live as close to this CVS store anymore, but I prefer to do business with them. Both the pharmacy staff and staff around the store are pleasant to work with. I have been using this location since 2009.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Consistently screwing things up. Latest is my BP meds on back order for a month and then after the month is up (they still do not have them and I am out completely) they say \oh your prescription has expired\ and maybe you can get them from Walgreens. Only forced to go here due to employer insurance changes or I would never step foot in their door again.
