Usual good selection of products. Confusing signs for accessing departments. Some strict Covid-19 systems in place, but no social distancing in many areas. Restaurant is closed but takeaway snackbar open with hot (warm!) food available. Alarmingly busy when we were there.

Unbelievable price, that too quality of products not compromised. They have everything that you need to build a home from scratch. We will get spoiled by the choices they offer. A must must Visit.

I think the staff are very rude and there’s not enough staff for tthe size oof the store also asked for a certain phone charger was taken to where they was and was told they had none when the assistant went I looked on the shelf and there was a whole load of them also the site should be in English as wewell as French

Employees are rude especially security officers, they are not polite at all, no manners and no customer customer service, need more training or a change in career. I have been refused the entrance because of a hidden disability which doesn’t allow me to wear a mask, I have a medical certificate from a British and from a French doctor to support this. They don’t have anything in place to help or support the disabled people that was just NO you cannot go inside. When requested to see the manager, it took her 45 minutes to come and she asked me to wait again. No apologies, nothing. then that was it, I was tired of waiting for noting. Clearly discriminated against my disability......

For great furniture at cool price point, IKEA is my go-to place. The restaurant serves great food too
