I highly rate this gym. The staff are great and compared to other gyms, friendly. I enjoy the group fitness classes and the instructors are excellent. They motivate and truly are your companion through the pain of self improvement. They manage COVID seriously and have the health of their membership at the forefront of every decision.

Good well equipped but can get busy at peak times
Great gym one down part the removed the child minding as going to re sign up with the knowledge of the kids minding will be there with my family member and just didn’t accommodate the needs but overall the gym is amazing great facilities

Great gym, have been a member for a while now. They've always had heaps of Les Mills classes throughout the week which is fantastic. Plenty of machines but mainly guys that use them. If would be good if they had a women's area. One star down as the cleanliness of bathrooms/locker rooms could be better.

Very bad experience... they guys rip u off .. once u got memberships then u won’t able to escape easily... i left gym 6 months ago move to Queensland. I called them and ask to cancel my membership. And they guys called me after 3 months and asking for 450 for nothing And after COVID-19 session I wasn’t there at all but I’m still paying.. greedy
They will try to rip you off every way possible. You can not end a subscription even not in contract ; have to provide a 30 days notice i.e let them charge your credit card for another 2 fortnights. They can close any facility when they want stating its a luxury and you are paying just for the gym usage. For example swimming pool and steam room. I'm double the price as compared to the other gyms for those luxuries. If I want just the gym there are plenty of other options for half the price
