I’ve been riding here for almost two years! I love the instructors and the facility! I would totally recommend to someone who is looking for a stable to board or take lessons. I do not own a horse yet but when I do, my horse will definitely be here!

I have been taking lessons at Spring Lain since 2015, and even if I wasn't living in the area (or the US) for months at a time, I would always come back when I had the chance because there is just no place like Spring Lain. I have just returned once again and finally get around to writing a review. The horses at Spring Lain are well taken care of, they are healthy and happy (they get turned out whenever possible), the facility is clean and maintained, and the entire property is just a paradise for horse lovers. I have seen a lot of different barns in various countries over the years and often did not feel comfortable because of how they treated their (lesson) horses or even because of how the boarders were parading around. You'll find no such thing at Spring Lain. What you'll find is a melting pot of people from different equestrian backgrounds with different horses all working together to make Spring Lain the great place it is. You'll feel it when you enter the barn; everyone is friendly and welcoming. Hannah, the instructor, is wonderful and will work with you to reach your next level and beyond. She not only gives instructions, she will explain to you what she means and how you're going to achieve it. I have learned so much from her, possibly more than I have in all the years growing up riding at fancy Swiss show barns. Thank you, Spring Lain and Hannah, for providing a home for horse lovers...I will always come back.
Wonderful facility to board at and lovely people. Lots of outdoor riding space and turnout. I am so happy I moved my mare here!! They care for all of the horses so much.
We scheduled our 1st horse back riding lesson with a Spring Lain's trainer. The lesson started 15-20 minutes late since we had to wait for another group to finish. Then, our \1 hour lesson\ was cut short. I looked past this because my kids enjoyed themselves so much. I requested that we have lessons once every 2 weeks and received notice that they could work us in 3 weeks later on a Friday at 6:30. My kids were so excited and counting down the days until their next lesson. When the day for their lesson came, I found a message on my phone at 4:15 that the 6:30 lesson was cancelled because the trainer was sick. There was no one else that could take over. I felt bad for the trainer but also knew my kids were completely dressed and ready for their lesson. I broke the news to them and they were devastated. Then, I rescheduled for the next friday at 6:30. Apparently, there were no earlier times available. So, the following Friday arrives and I receive another message at 4:15. The trainer cancelled the lesson, yet again. This time it was \due to them being over booked and the weather not permitting outdoor lessons\. They felt it was unsafe to have 3 riders in the indoor arena. Knowing my kids were completely ready, I was going to have to tell them the lesson was cancelled again. I voiced my disappointment. It is extremely unprofessional to cancel a scheduled lesson last minute twice in a row. When the owner of the facility called me, I explained my frustration politely and was hung up on. If you're looking for a reliable stable to build a relationship with, i would not recommend this stable as they admit to being understaffed multiple times.
They have wonderful people who work there, and their horses are very sweet. It is a good price and I enjoyed riding there!
