I have been coming here for 20 years and now I come here for my children’s prescriptions as well. I have never had a problem and am usually pleased with the staff. But honestly I was super insulted by their staff today as I was asking questions about my daughters expensive prescription because I was taken by surprise at the price. That didn’t mean I couldn’t pay it, it meant I’m frugal and gonna see my other options but ultimately getting my babe her prescription was the most important part here. Please try not to be so bluntly rude when discussing price with people.
Middle of the road. Auto-refill calls to tell me to pick up my scripts, but they are NEVER done. Sometimes my order is partly ready, but rest not ready, will not be ready for a couple days. Some people are helpful and polite, not not at all polite. I have had to argue with them over MY allergies, and tell ME what I am and am not allergic to. They changed one of my scripts to "something similar", "it will be ok". Called my Dr, they never ok'ed changing a script. So this place IS a mixed bag, scripts are never (I really mean never) ready when they call and say they are. Some pharma employees are just plane awesome, while some should not work in the public, some were condescending and rude.
There are a handful of helpful people that work here but the majority need to retire or change their attitude. Never have the prescriptions ready on time, even with the auto pick up system. Nearly always rude and impatient, pick another pharmacy.
The people that work at this pharmacy are kind and compassionate. The person that left a one star review is probably a unlikeable d_ck
