Purchased a secondhand bike privately the required servicing for a birthday present. Chaz was extremely helpful taking the time to explain the areas that needed attention and why. I felt fully informed with the work that was required and came away chuffed to bits with the service and result. I never normally take the time to review a company but with service like this that is local I felt it was important to share my experience.

Having had a full service, Chaz spent nearly an hour with me making sure my bike and suspension was set up correctly, bike has never felt better. Would highly recommend Roots cycle, he is an utmost professional and willing to help.
I have been benefitting from Chaz's expert bike service for several years now. I took my bike in today as it was sounding like a bag of nails and just a few hours later it was ready and running super smooth. Great job and highly recommend.
This guy is a real expert and will stop at nothing to get the job done. Also a very reasonable price.
