Amazing service staff went out of their way to chase me from the store to correct my order, although i was happy to have it rectified another at anther time the staff member insisted on making it right, and delivered the missing food item to my place of work rather quickly. This is the sort of customer service that deserves 5 stars. Thank you Roosters

We came last week and I had the Lamb Burger which was sooo mouth watering that Ive been dreaming about it ever since. So my work colleauge and I decided to come along again today for a beef burger. Customer service is great and food hits the spot. Highly recommended

The Workers are sober minded & attentive I’m not exaggerating but The aroma of the food got my hotel mates knocking on my door. For the price it’s a very decent place to purchase food from. Clean & tidy staff workers Customer service of some of the workers is excellent I’m impressed. My creative friend loved the meal we got at this restaurant recently. Thanks Roosters Peri Peri It’s a 9.6 out of 10 from me

Excellent customer service.I have been told to wait outside for my order while there were 5 people inside waiting for their orders.Bravo to the lady who works there shame on you guys.Never coming here again. Thank you for your quick reply. The lady who works there only told me and my kids to wait outside in cold.Even though we had our mask on and there were people inside waiting for their order without face covering. She didn't say any thing to them. Shouldn't it be one rule for all ?? P.S You guys have not mentioned on the door how many people are allowed at a time inside your shop.Please don't lecture me about the tier 4 rules.Only preach what you practice.

Amazing food, delicious and perfectly cooked bursting with taste. Staffs are welcoming. Easy to order with self serve option. Got corn on the cob on house.
