The food here is tasty, I did enjoy it. But it took and hour and a half to get to our table, while we were surrounded by other tables having the same problem. Only ONE waitress working on a busy night during the half price scheme... That's mad. The poor lady had to talk to the queue at the door, clean tables, deliver food etc. The man at the counter warned us that appetizers would come at the same time as mains, which defeats the purpose of the appetizer. If we had had our appetizers at the right time, we would not have been so hungry and angry. We were very close to getting a refund and going for a drive thru. When we asked how long the food would be, the man at the counter said he'd warned us about the wait, but we had three separate transactions between us and not one of us were warned. He also said our two tables would be served at the same time to make up for the time, but this didn't happen. Overall, I think we could possibly use this place again but only if it's not busy, which isn't likely because it's popular. The food was good but the management was poor and we ended up getting our food at the time the restaurant was supposed to close

FINGERI LICKING GOOD! HALAL Probably the best piri piri chicken I've had. Hot was spicy enough. Mexican Flavour was nice and a bit different. Great quick service and good prices. Recommended and it's halal so good for Muslims.
Fantastic place to visit with the family.. Spacious and friendly.. Food is fast and always hot! Love the consept of having your food on a board.. Such variety of chicken coatings all cooked fresh in front of you. And I have to state one of the best salads I've had from southend!
Dry food - no sauce given. Food came late. Cold food. No tissue. No fork. Won't recommend
