My cousin had a package of insulin he needed returned to his insurance company so he took it here. We locals all know about the drug addict who ran this place and many have become unknowing victims. My cousin was no exception unfortunately. He left the package and it never shipped. He needs the package or the money to pay for it. He is Type II with some sort of pump he fills and the insulin is outrageously expensive (800). Now the place is under new management and they refuse to help also! They have been rude to family memeber whom have been trying to assist my cousin since he is from out of town and was passing through for a visit at the time of the incident. He is very sick and cannot get the medicine he needs until this is cleared up! Really what sort of evil person steals medicine!? Can not wait for Amazon here in Roosevelt. Personally I will never grace Fed Ex with so much as a fallen coin.

I had to change shipping address then ended up having to pick it up at Roosevelt terminal everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful awesome customer service
Ive got 2400 dollors worth sitting in there yard and no one wants to let me in and pick it up. They keep passing my call around with my tracking number and still cant figure it out. They say they will call and dont and its always someone else's fault Never going with fedex again They made me a UPS fan
