The lady was actually quite nice but I was told the phone was black but the phone is definitely gray if I would have known it wasn’t actually black before buying it I would have chose blue

Love going in there,,,always super friendly,,,and always very helpful,,,enjoy going in there they treat you like a friend not just another customer,,,great store!! All the employees are always great but really enjoy working with Alex,Darryl, and Becky,,even if there not helping me it's always nice to just see them there!!!

I only come here to see shayna and becky their customer service is amazing from fixing my sim cards to upgrading my devices and making changes to my plan. With 5 devices it can get confusing at times but they help me every step of the way.

Becky is an amazing rep! She came in on her day off just to help me fix an issue I was having with signing up, and she stuck with me until it was resolved. All the reps at this store were very upbeat and happy to help. Highly recommend this store.
