At this moment i work for Pollux for already 7 Month, and in general they try to help new people to integrate, helping with registration in the country and so on. There is no perfect companie but having knowledge about how other agency operate i have to congratulate Pollux and specially my coordinator Ada for trying always to help in everything. Correct payment in correct time. Good housing. A safe place to start on a new country like NL.

I've been working with Pollux for 7 months now and I'm super happy. They help with everything I needed in order to work legaly in the Netherlands, the housing they provide is in very good conditions and they are always very acessible (specially Ada). I'm glad I trusted in Pollux to start my life here and I recomend it to everyone that wants to do the same.
I have been working for Pollux since October 2020 and I have zero complaints about how they handle and treat people. No company is perfect but Ada, Andrea and Piotr really try to improve every day and give the best experience workwise to all the employees. Pollux always helped me with everything I needed and they are always trying to find new ways to connect with the people they work with. Some things are out of their control or even knowledge but if you tell them something is wrong they will try to fix it for you in any way possible. Ps. Ada you're the best (Andrea and Piotr you too, but I'm closer to Ada ahah) Pollux just give them all a raise, they go through a lot. In conclusion Pollux is a good company to work with because they actually care about the concerns and opinions of their employees.

Worked for Pollux for about 2 months , every 4 weeks they pay but not without over charging you for housing , transport , insurance and much more, you send them email, and if its not convenient they will sumply ignore you, and calling will take an hour maybe before they pick it up, good luck calling sick! Also if you want to have a Polish experience but in Nederland then this agency is for you! I miss at least 300 on my payments that's how much they steal from me.. my advice is stay away from this modern day slavery agency.
