Pathetic service, calling for report from last two days. They simply will ask your name and than phone will get disconnected. I got the call from govt officials that your this relative is Positive but yet to hear it from Lab. Please advise if there is any way to lodge complaint against them.

Very unprofessional staff. I am asking for invoice since last 20 days. But person is making excuses that lab is closed, I am busy.. Also sample was collected by 20-22 year boys, looks inexperienced. Report also came late. They are not sharing RT-PCR reports with government officials as I never got call from any government body. They should improve their way of working. No contact number of customer care provided.
Thanks to Google they did not showed up zero rating.. Other wise that would be there rating such a lab in which they say that they do covid test I have booked them for my test they are such a professional that they loose my sample misplace and then they don't even call that we are sorry uh have to give it again I m calling them for my report they send me report of other person means that they don't even give a damn that person live or die in covid treat ment report is the main thing they are playing with life of people shame on them and government should ban them really soory for the people who suffers coz of them... Shame
Data provided mismatch. No CT readings in VE report in sample given by govt hospital. Are You not charging fm govt for testing. Confusing ppl.
Sample collected dated: 02/05/2021 but unfortunately not provide the Test Result as on date 06/05/202. Authority kindly verify that all collected sample report i.e 02/05/2021 delivered or not if not reason?
Govt ask under 72 hour rt pcr but lab provide after 5 days ..
They are bluffing people by taking samples from Dehradun and other areas and send sample for testing after 4-5 days. Need to report to Police.
Not good lab as Covid RT PCR report not giving in 24 Hrs..
