Very poor customer dealing service. The shopkeeper was busy in his own stuff. I kept on asking but i think he was not interested in selling. I won't recommend to buy laptop from here. I have bought one laptop earlier from the same shop for my cousin but that time also we had encountered many issues regarding the services, installation, etc. I don't know why the customers have given them 5 stars.
