I discover aladean on Google while I was searching for a unique gift for my hubby, being a navy officer he loved telescopes and compasses, but I was looking for something very unique and rare. Finally I visited the store and found a huge collection of antique gifts and brass decor the instruments like sextant, sundials, sandtimers were magnificent. I ended it buying many decor items along with a huge tripod floor lamp. The ambience is good. The staff is friendly, supportive and always smiling. I recommend that you must call them before visiting. This shop has a good collection of armour helmets as well so if you have little warriors at home you get a lot of props and toys options as well.. Highly recommended...

Excellent brass items and gifts , very friendly staff good for kids .. my wife loved the lamps and we recommend this shop. Huge variety of brass compasses , telescopes and various brass items , unfortunately they cannot customize single pieces , if you visit with family your budget will surely blow out of pocket as there is so much things you would buy. I visited this shop just for a gramophone but ended up buying an antique telephone, a large spotlight floor lamp a couple of brass telescopes and compasses and a beautiful brass wall hanging .... will recommend to my friends and family

Super cool collection of mainly brass instruments , nautical precision compass, telescopes , surveying instruments of high end export quality. The positive is the quality of product , huge variety and range of products and highly competitive wholesale prices the negative part is the lack of focus on retail sales, the team here is more inclined towards wholesale orders but on requests they do offer products in retail too. I purchased few gifts on my trip to uttarakhands mussorie dehradun some pocket watches which look real antique , pocket compass , telescope brass keychains and one large spotlight floor lamp & gramophone. The staff is friendly and the ambience is quite good. I would recommend this shop as they have good quality brass gifts and offer products in low to high price range . Apart from hundreds of small sized brass compasses telescopes there are sundials , divers helmet, wall clocks , floor lamps, armillary globes and various other gifts.

Unique products specially decorative and gifts that you don't see in Indian gift shops. This is primarily export quality items , infact they are exporters of brass compass telescopes and other handicrafts but if someone visits they are happy to show the samples and if you like something they offer very good price even for 1piece . Although you can't compare the prices of these products as I have not seen them anywhere in conventional shops and markets. The spotlight floor lamps are an attraction I must say. The large very heavy tripod mounted lights simply are magnificent but at a price and not everyone can afford them but the smaller versions are also available which suits us as we do not have big rooms. Watch out for the dog though and its better you give them a call before visit. The office manager Khan Sahab is very helping polite and good mannered. I definitely recommend aladean as a unique experienCe and if you travel to uttarakhand hill stations like rishikesh , Dehradun ,mussorie , or even haridwar then Roorkee will be on the way and this is the perfect place to take away souvenir for your loved ones.

Intresting products , specially brass compasses, brass telescopes are really brilliant. I ordered a mix of assorted designs , the owner has good understanding and approach for online sellers like me. I added spotlight floor lamps and searchlight tripod lamps on my flipkart store on his recommendation and I am sure it will be good selling. Got some antique gifts for my friends. If you like unique and rare decorative or gifts the aladean antique shop is a must visit in roorkee uttarakhand. Highly recommended..
